Why Do I Lose A Lot Of Water Weight On A Low-carb Diet And Gain It Back Again Afterwards?
Any foods that you don’t digest very well can give you water retention. If these happen to be carbohydrate foods then you will lose water weight soon after starting a low-carb diet. When you stop the diet the water weight will return because you have resumed eating the foods that were a problem for you.
The Waterfall Diet is different as it is a programme which helps you identify your problem foods. That means you can avoid regaining water weight without having to give up all carbohydrate foods. The Waterfall Diet also includes many foods that help to prevent water retention.

The Waterfall Diet is a book about water retention to help you understand why you have it and includes a test so that you can find whether any foods are causing water retention in your body.

My 21year old daughter is allergic to gluten, soy, dairy and can’t eat more than 1200 to lose. She has Pcos and is low estrogenno perods. She has a little bone loss. She takes vitamin D and calcium. Metformin helps with insulin resistance. We do alternative everything.Actually, she is very healthy.(supplements, herbs, accupuncture etc.) Her diet is a medical protein shake with low carbs and low sugar for breakfast and berries, salad with protein, olive oil, flax seed for lunch with apple or almonds,, and dinner is salad, cruciferous veggies and 4 ounces of protein/no meat. No salt. Because of hormones, bloating is everywhere and it shifts, All standard hormone supplement treatments, brought on weight and more bloating. Also, tons of exercise. Sometimes she goes off to be normal. Thank God!
If she eats much she just gains. Our plan works but not for the water.
We are working with a chinese herbalist to help with no periods. and bone loss.with semi success. Will investigate your program.

I spent much money and time on the slim4life program. I have been trying to stick with the principals I learned but now I’m finding water retention in my legs, feet and hands. Will your program help me loose all this water in my body?
