i dont understand this ccause my doctor just put me on a direcit the htcdd if what they call it . well he didnt do any tests to find out why i was so swollen with water he just put me on a pill ,. i am worried that this i sgoing to cause me a health conditon that i dont want. well i dont know what to say all i know is that the more i swell the more i hurt. i cant walk or even do any thing that i need to do with my hands.

I’m going to read the waterfall diet book. i suffer from water retention but I am a very healthy eatier, in fact a vegetarian and eat well all of the time other than the odd sweet treat.

I’m 35 always had a weight of between 47 – 55 even after my sons birth 14 years ago – the last 3 years (especially 2010) I have picked so much weight nothing changed in my diet don’t over eat and my legs, ankles, hands, stomach are badly swollen every single day…

I have copd as well as chronic heart problem, open heart, stents, angio all have been done but my water retention doesn’t go away taking 120mg lasix and no salt diet i eat fruits and vegetables but nothing is working. I have been suffering since 2001 i am only 45.
