Water Retention And Cellulite

Elaine had been on every kind of diet, and while the rest of her grew thin and lissom, her thighs remained fat and lumpy with cellulite that was loaded with water retention. No exercise ever made any difference to them either.

When she came to my consulting room, Elaine was sceptical that the Waterfall Diet could get rid of her water retention and cellulite, but I explained that she had to use the diet together with vigorous massage for eight minutes a day.

“Treat your thighs like bread dough” I told her. “Knead, pummel and squeeze them as much as you can to separate the fluid retention from the fat. Then the diet will help you get rid of both”.

Ten weeks later Elaine’s thighs had lost so much water retention that they measured two inches less in circumference and were getting into proportion with the rest of her body.

Is cellulite = water retention??are they the same?
If not..I’d like to know the difference…

Cellulite is fat mixed with water retention.

My finger tips are swollen, right now am unable to press the buttons tips get cut and water and blood comes out. I also have acute sinusitis so for almost two and a half years i wake up with puffy eyes. I also have hard and swollen tummy, swollen wrists, ankles and feet.

I have had swelling in my fingers, not hands for 14 years. I have noticed my arms are puffy (more on left arm) and my legs are puffy of course with cellulite, (more on the right leg. The puffiness stops at the ankle. Diuretics don’t help. Stop eating yeast was helping. I am lost – tried everything.

Hi,
What is your best solution for getting rid of cellulite and keep your muscle tone…even when I weight 120-125 and had lost 25-30 pounds within the last 2 years, I feel sluggish in my legs. How can I improve this situation. Could the pinching and grasping massage really help with this as well.
