Thank you for your comment!

Hello, and thank you so much for posting a comment. If you have asked for personal support, I’m sure you understand that a problem like water retention can’t be helped in just a few words. Please contact me via the link below and I will send you details of my online consultation rates.  Alternatively you may prefer to use the programs in my books, which were written for people just like you.

For water retention the most informative book is the ‘Waterfall Diet’ 2010 paperback edition. If ordering from a bookstore ask for ISBN 0749942533. Or download the concise E-guide. This book explains what you have to do to lose your water retention. It is effective for up to seven different causes of water retention.

Will the Waterfall Diet work for me?

If you’re not sure whether you have water retention or whether the waterfall diet can help you, please check out the testimonials.

On the other hand if your main problem is bloating or you seem to put all your weight on in your tummy area, the best book to help you is Linda’s Flat Stomach Secrets.

Free newsletter

I’d also recommend signing up for my free twice-monthly newsletter (see panel on right) which has lots of useful info.

Wishing you good health and happiness, and do let me know how you get on.

All severe or persistent symptoms must be reported to a doctor. Beware of taking diuretics (water pills) to treat water retention unless they have been prescribed for underlying heart or kidney disease diagnosed by your doctor. As explained on this site, these pills can be harmful if taken for other types of water retention and can make your problem worse. The Waterfall Diet is a safe and healthy diet but if you have been given a medical diet by your doctor or dietician to treat kidney disease or other medical conditions you should check with them before starting it. The Waterfall Diet is effective for up to seven different types of water retention, excluding water retention due to heart or kidney failure diagnosed by your doctor.
