My husaband takes water pills. He has RA. All he takes for that is 2 Advil, he is 81 years old and in so much dicomfort.

I’ve been taking Aldactide (co-flumactone) for 20 years. I want to stop. I started taking them because I retain fluid but want to use a more natural way of doing this. I hope the waterfall diet can help.

I have been getting hormone pellets for 9 months. I’ve noticed that I have symptoms resembling PMS. I’ve been postmenopausal for 8 years. Could I be getting too much of a certain hormone? I feel simply miserable:(

my mom as cronic c.o.p.d and is on a c.pap machine 24/7,she also suffers with her heart and is on steriods for her breatheing,she as a caphita bag, she is Very limited to moveing infact she cannot move herself she sits and sleeps in a chair, at presant she is very large and as blown up from the belly down er skin is very red and looks like it is ready to break out,which happens often to mom,she is on 3 water tablets a day but nothfinks helping im very worried and doctors just keep her on them tablets,i think they are not looking in to her to much cause she is haveing paliative care and as been for 18months now,she always bounces back with all the problems she as but not this swelling of the legs and feet

I was told to take sodium sulphate tablets to help with water retention and my bloated stomach. Will this help? It seems strange to be adding more salt to my body?

WOW! i have had this happen….i took a 40 mg furosemide to relieve bloating and ended up with sore and tender to the touch skin….all over!! my back and thighs…awful! I was drinking more than usual over the holidays and felt “puffy”….well… i made a misatke! I THINK TAKING THE FUROSEMIDE MADE MY BODY DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU DESCRIBED! I FEEL MORE BLOATED AND PUFFY THAN EVER!
